غزة… نظام صحي عاش على المعجزة ويستعد لصناعة المستقبل من تحت الركام بعد حرب الإبادة، لم يعد النظام الصحي في غزة يشبه أي نظام صحي في العالم… مستشفيات بلا جدران، غرف عمليات بلا أجهزة، أدوية تُقسَّم على قطرة، وقود يُوزَّع بالدقيقة، واتصالات تُدار بالأمل بدل الشبكات. ورغم كل هذا — بقيت الطواقم الصحية والكوادر الإدارية آخر خط دفاع عن الحياة. الواقع الصحي اليوم باختصار: بنية تحتية منهارة نقص حاد في الأدوية والمستلزمات شح الوقود اللازم لتشغيل المستشفيات آلاف المرضى والجرحى بلا تحويلات انتشار الأوبئة وسوء التغذية توقف الدعم الدولي ومع هذا الخراب — لم يتوقف العمل لحظة واحدة. أبواب المستشفيات أعيد فتحها بأيدٍ فلسطينية، والمسعفون أعادوا سيارات الإسعاف إلى العمل بما توفر، والكوادر عملت في أحلك الظروف دون أن تلتفت إلى المستحيل. هذه ليست إدارة… هذه بطولة مهنية وأخلاقية بحجم التاريخ. الحقيقة الأهم وسط الدمار: الكوادر الصحية في غزة قادرة على إعادة بناء النظام الصحي بالكامل — إذا فُتحت المعابر واستمرت الإمدادات. فالذي استطاع أن يشغّل: طوارئ بلا كهرباء، جراحات بلا تخدير، مستشفيات بلا تجهيزات، آلاف الحالات يوميًا بلا موارد، قادر — بلا شك — على بناء نظام صحي أقوى في مرحلة التعافي. من أجل الانتقال من البقاء إلى البناء — المطلوب فقط: ✔ أدوية ومستلزمات ✔ أجهزة وتجهيزات طبية ✔ مواد بناء لإعادة تأهيل المنشآت ✔ وقود ومولدات ✔ ممرات إنسانية آمنة للمرضى والإسعاف ✔ دعم نفسي ومهني للكوادر المنهكة القدرة موجودة — والخبرة مؤكدة — وصمود الحرب أكبر دليل. ما ينقص فقط هو فتح المعابر وسلسلة الإمدادات. غزة تستحق أن تنتقل من مرحلة النجاة إلى مرحلة النهوض الكرة لم تعد في ملعب الميدان… بل في ملعب العالم. إذا بقيت المعابر مغلقة، سيتحوّل الموت إلى سياسة صحية لا حالة طارئة. أما إذا فُتحت — فسيرى العالم أسرع وأعمق عملية تعافٍ صحي في تاريخ الحروب لأن من صمد تحت القصف… قادر على البناء وقت السلم. The Current Health Reality — Briefly: Collapsed infrastructure Severe shortage of medicines and medical supplies Critical fuel deficit affecting hospital operation Thousands of injured and patients without medical evacuation Widespread epidemics and malnutrition Interrupted international support Yet amid the destruction — the work never stopped. Hospitals reopened, Ambulances were repaired with whatever was available, And healthcare workers continued their duty despite losing nearly everything.
